ORDER

HOW THESE ORDERS WORK

  1. Papertrade has no limit, stop or take-profit orders. Every order there is an intent to trade at the current papertrade price.
  2. So LIMIT, STOP, TP, SL and LADDER run on our server: when you arm them, your browser signs each order once with its trading key and hands us only those signed slips. The server watches the papertrade price and sends a slip when its price is touched, even with this tab closed. The slips can only open or close what you set here; they cannot withdraw.
  3. You get the papertrade price at the moment the slip is processed, not the line you drew. Papertrade's queue takes seconds (measured: about 5 s median, 9 s at the 90th percentile), so fills can be better or worse than the line.
  4. Papertrade closes a whole position, never part of it. A scaled exit therefore opens N separate positions and gives each its own take-profit. Each piece needs at least $10 stake and $1,000 size (papertrade's minimums).
  5. Wins closed within ±10 bp of entry are cut harder by papertrade, so take-profit levels here start outside that band.
  6. Armed orders live as long as your trading key: 24 hours. The red KO line is where papertrade liquidates each piece; it is always drawn.

Drag to pan, pinch or scroll to zoom; older candles load as you pan back. The bp ladder runs every 5 bp to ±100 bp from the anchor (the live papertrade price, or the price under the crosshair when you press PIN). Each labeled line shows what papertrade would pay on a close there for your stake, side and leverage: losses in full, wins after papertrade's cut and 2% fee (its payout formula, matched to real closes). The yellow band is ±10 bp: wins closed inside it are cut harder (about 0.24–0.9× of the formula, measured 21 Oct). Candles: Hyperliquid; the last one follows the papertrade mark.
